Welcome to Aquafoods (aquafoods.pk). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including placing orders for fresh seafood. By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of Our Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• All orders are subject to availability of products.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

2. Products and Pricing

• All products are fresh seafood sourced daily. We make every effort to ensure accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price.

3. Orders and Payment

• We accept only Cash on Delivery (COD). No advance payment is required.
• Payment is made in cash to our delivery team member upon receipt of the order.
• Please have the exact amount or change ready.
• We do not accept online payments, bank transfers, or any other method at this time.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available only within selected areas of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
• Delivery is carried out by our own in-house delivery team (no third-party couriers are used).
• Delivery times are estimated (same-day if order placed before cutoff time, usually 2–6 hours depending on location and traffic).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadblocks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability.

5. Freshness and Quality

• All seafood is sourced fresh daily and packed with chilled ice packs to maintain quality.
• We guarantee freshness at the time of delivery.
• Once the order is handed over to you, it is your responsibility to store the products properly (refrigerate/freeze immediately).

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of fresh seafood, returns are not accepted after delivery.
• If the product is not fresh or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately (within 30 minutes of delivery) via WhatsApp/call with photos.
• We will arrange replacement or full refund (cash returned by delivery team or next order adjustment) at our discretion.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after they are prepared for delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on aquafoods.pk (text, images, logo) is our property and protected by copyright.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi.
